Effective February 1, 2024, Control Dynamics Incorporated, of Hudsonville, Michigan will transfer
ownership to Verona Industrial Controls, LLC (VIC).
VIC is a new entity created by the same ownership as Verona Industrial Equipment, LLC. VIC will operate
the new company under the d/b/a Control Dynamics Integrators (CDI).
Since 1985 CDI has specialized in the design and development of software and electrical controls for
Manufacturing Data Systems, Process Control Systems, and Material Handling Systems along with the
capability of electrical panel assembly, programing and hardware design. Additionally, CDI has
successfully developed and marketed the trademarked Labelwright® labeling system for the food,
beverage and other industries.
In order to maintain the close relationships to CDI’s existing customers and manufacturers the existing
management team of Richard Hamilton, Director of Operations and Cristian Lemnaru, Engineering
Manager will remain with CDI.
Scott Verona, President, and Mike Baker, Vice President of Sales and Engineering will maintain their
respective positions with Verona Industrial Equipment but will extend their responsibilities to CDI. The
existing Verona Industrial Equipment sales team will add CDI to their sales portfolio along with our
traditional electric motors, drives and control product lines.
